Aerial Classes
Sling is the best place to start your Aerial Fabric Journey! This 8 week session on aerial sling will help students gain strength, develop skills, and increase flexibility.
Ages 13+
In this class progressing aerialists can expect to connect sequences while adding more dynamic movement. Students will grow stronger and more flexible which will enable opportunities to go higher in the air as well as explore drops and fabric theory.
Prerequisite: Adult Aerial Sling Level 1
In this Split Fabric class new aerialist can expect to learn climbs, footlocks, hipkeys, and basic sequences. No previous experience necessary.
*students may prefer to wear long tight fitting pants and a form fitting top that covers armpits to prevent fabric burns.
In this class, intermediate adult and teen students focus on growing their knowledge, strength, and increase flexibility on Aerial Silks. In each class students can expect a variety of climbs, challenging sequences, and dynamic movement.
Prerequisite: Must pass Level 1 skills test or have instructor approval prior to attending.
This class is perfect for first time aerialists as well as those looking to become proficient at basic Lyra skills such as inverting, posing, and spins!
Ages 12 - Adult
In this class, progressing students can expect to build on longer sequences, beats, flairs, and rolls. Additionally, students will learn to flow and create sequences independently.
Prerequisite: Must pass Aerial Hoop Level 1 skills test or have instructor approval prior to class.
Ages 12 - Adult
This Aerial Silks class is specifically geared towards teens who are progressing in Aerial Silks. Teens explore sequences, drops, and dynamic movements in a positive setting. In this class we specifically focus on teens collaborating and supporting one another as they progress.
Prerequisite: Must pass Aerial Fabric Level 1 skills test or have instructor approval prior to entry.
This 60min class is geared for kids ages 6-14. In this class the student will explore poses that build strength and flexibility. Students will learn to invert technique, proper breathing, and basics of aerial apparatus.
Kids will learn basic sequences on sling and silk. Focusing on technique and building confidence and awareness in the air.
Ages 7+ (unless approved by instructor)
Aerialist will build on skills as well as add drops and more advanced sequencing on silk and sling.
Prerequisite: Must have completed Kids Aerial Fabric Level 1 or have contacted the instructor.
Ages 7+
This fun filled circus class is geared towards young students ages 4-7 years. These young aerialists can expect to learn poses and tricks on aerial sling as well as explore bar apparatus such as aerial hoop.
